Quality drafting and design relies on excellent communication from start to finish. To ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, please make sure that you have all of your original drawings and details in perfect order. We will accept original drawings in any form, and these can be sent to us in the mail or emailed to us. We aim to make the drafting and design process as simple and as smooth as possible for all parties involved.

It is important to note that the clearer the markings on your drawings or sketches are, the better it is for everyone. Use red pen when making changes where possible, and send any files, including CAD files and .JPGs, along with your logo and any other attachments that are relevant to the final product.

Being organised throughout the design process can save a lot of time and money, particularly while tackling complicated and complex projects.

With the objective of maximizing communication between our companies National Drafting has developed a few very effective mark-up procedures that should be followed when redline drawings are submitted.

MARK UP PROCEDURES

When creating mark-ups in the field or on the fly we will certainly accept any and all mark-up provided (Please balloon such mark-ups to be sure that they are not missed while also noting the action required to be taken).
